The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a Meeting and public hearing on Monday September 18th, 2023 at 7:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to discuss the following applications:   

1. Final Site Plan Review, Larry Vangee, 7533 John Street, to construct a 15'x30' lean-to style garage 11.5' from side property and construct a 8'x20' deck 17' from front property line allowing 35% lot coverage.(CODE 190-11, 190-49)
2. Final Site Plan Review Steven Taylor, 8269 Lake Street Ext, to construct a 24'x24' 2 car garage 12.5' from front property line. (CODE 190-11, 190-22(f), 190-49)

The Public is invited to observe

1. Preliminary Site Plan Review, Charles Straubing, 8506 Greig Street, to construct a 50' x 36' pub building on existing footprint. This will need a special permit from zoning board for parking calculation to accredit public parking towards requirements.(CODE 190-8, 190-18, 190-23, 190-26, 190-49)
