The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a pre-Meeting on Monday, July 1st at 6:30 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street and from 42 Marine Rd. S. Kingstown RI those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to observe the board discuss submittal checklists and the following applications, the regular meeting will follow at 7:00 P.M with applicants presenting the applications:     

  1. Final Site Plan Review, Christopher Booth, 7451 Irwin Street, to a construct a 30x32 (2) story single family structure per plot drawing 20’ from road right of way where 25’ is required and allowing 31% lot coverage where 30% is allowed. (190-11, 190-49)

  1. Preliminary Subdivision Review, Thomas Knapp, 7160 Overlook Drive to subdivide lot into (3) 55’ of road frontage lots from property at 7114 Hillside drive to create undersized building lots where 100’ of road frontage and 12,500 square feet of lot space is required. (CODE 190-50)
