The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a Meeting and public hearing on Monday, May 6th at 7:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street and from 42 Marine Rd. S. Kingstown RI, those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to discuss the following applications:     

  1. Final Site Plan Review, Christiana Wood, 8429 Sill Shore Rd, to construct a 4’x40’ permanent dock per DEC Permit. (CODE 190-49)
  2. Final Site Plan Review, Bob Burlee, 7051 Overlook Dr, to construct a residential structure per stamped plans and site plan. (190-49)
  3. Planning Board Review, Bob Struabing, 8506 Greig Street to operate a bar per business plan and floor plan.(CODE 190-8)

The Public is invited to observe 

  1. Preliminary Site Plan Review, Matt Nowak, 7992 Lake Rd, to construct a 58’x88’ residential structure per plans. (CODE 190-49)
  2. Preliminary Site Plan Review, Christopher Booth, 7451 Irwin Street, to a construct a 30x32 (2) story single family structure per plot drawing 20’ from road right of way where 25’ is required and allowing 31% lot coverage where 30% is allowed. (190-11, 190-49)
