LEGAL: Sodus Point Planning Board Meeting & Public Hearing Notice 4-15-24

The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a Meeting and public hearing on Monday, April 15th at 7:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street and from 42 Marine Rd. S. Kingstown RI, those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to discuss the following applications:     

  1. Final Site Plan Review, Steve Hyatt, 7114 Central Ave, to construct a 20x36 2 story garage structure with an 8x10 second story deck per stamped plans. (CODE 190-49)  
  2. Final Site Plan Review, Bruce Carey, 8039 Lake Rd, to construct a 50’x40 pole barn and adding a second story onto existing building per stamped plans. (CODE 190-49)  
  3. Final Site Plan Review, Rick Gilbert, 7569 8th, to construct a 19x14 patio and a 22.5x14.3 second story deck . (CODE 190-49)

The Public is invited to observe 

  1. Preliminary Site Plan Review, Christiana Wood, 8429 Sill Shore Rd, to construct a 4’x40’ permanent dock per DEC Permit. (CODE 190-49)
