The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a pre meeting on Monday, June 2nd, 2025 at 6:30 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street, 2003 SW 15th Street, Unit 143, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 and 308 Pine Creek Avenue, Jersey Shore, PA 17740 those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to observe the board discuss following applications the Regular Meeting will follow:
- Fence Review, Ryne & Valerie Fanning, 7594 North Fitzhugh Street, to construct 180' of aluminum rail fencing 54" high per letter of intent. (CODE 121, 190-22(g)

- Preliminary Site Plan Review, Mark Converse, 7583 Second Street to construct a a story rear addition 19.125'x10' with 3.75'x6.75' rear entry 1.5' feet from north property line where 5' is required allowing 32% lot coverage where 30% is allowed. (CODE 190-11, 190-49)
- Preliminary Site Plan Review, Dugan, 7588 Second Street, to construct a 3-story residential structure where 2.5 stories are allowed per stamped plans, 14.7' from front setback where 25' is required with a total height of 34' feet where 30' is allowed. Also constructing a new 22'x16' garage 5' from rear property line where 12.5' is required both structures allowing for 40% lot coverage where 30% lot coverage is allowed.(CODE 190-11, 190-49)
- Preliminary Site Plan Review, Patrick Tobin, 8387 South Shore Rd, to construct a 6660 Square foot house allowing for 34% lot coverage where 30% is allowed. (CODE 190-11, 190-49)
- Preliminary Subdivision Review, Patrick Tobin, 8385 South Shore Rd, to subdivide 3' by 135.2' from 8385 and merge into 8387 to clear boundary line issue. (CODE 190-50)
