LEGAL: Sodus Point Planning Board Meeting Notice 6-15-2026

The Sodus Point Planning Board along with the Zoning Board and Village Board will hold a joint workshop on Monday, June 15th, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street, 2003 SW 15th Street, Unit 143, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 and 308 Pine Creek Avenue, Jersey Shore, PA 17740 those interested can follow instructions at www.soduspoint.info to observe the board discuss amendments to chapter 190 and standard operating practices for both review boards. The Regular Meeting will follow to discuss the following applications:

1. Final Site Plan Review, Mark Spall, 7101 Overlook Drive, to construct a 16'x28' lean-to structure on the rear of the house. (CODE 190-11).

The public is invited to observe this application.
