The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a pre meeting workshop on Monday, June 1st, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street, 2003 SW 15th Street, Unit 143, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 and 308 Pine Creek Avenue, Jersey Shore, PA 17740 those interested can follow instructions at www.soduspoint.info to observe the board discuss following applications the Special Meeting will follow:

1. Fence Review,  Chris Roulin, 7094 Overlook Drive, to construct a 4' fence per plot drawing to contain dogs. (CODE 121, 190-22(g)).

The public is invited to observe this application.

1. Preliminary Site Plan Review,  Mark Spall, 7101 Overlook Drive, to construct a 16'x28' lean-to structure on the rear of the house 8'9" from the rear property line where 12.5' is required. (CODE 190-11)
