The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a pre meeting on Monday, May 5th, at 6:30 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street, 2003 SW 15th Street, Unit 143, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 and 308 Pine Creek Avenue, Jersey Shore, PA 17740 those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to observe the board discuss following applications the Regular Meeting will follow:

1. Fence Review, Terry Ring, 8257 Lake Street Ext, to construct a 4’ and 6’ fence per plot drawing. (CODE 190-22(g) 121-4)
2. Fence Review, Michael Bates, 7418 Route 14, to construct a 6’ high fence per plot drawing. (CODE 190-22(g) 121-4)
3. Fence Review, Dylan French, 8265 Lake Street, to construct a 4’ high fence per plot drawing. (CODE 190-22(g) 121-4)

The public is invited to observe these applications.

4. Preliminary Site Plan Review, Brandon Martin,7118 Route 14 to construct (3) 60’x120’ Storage buildings and (1) 100'x60' storage building in a Limited Commercial residential district and residential district to be used for Boat Storage (Retail Business or service Not Otherwise provided herein). 5. Preliminary Site Plan Review, Matt Nowak,  to construct a 2134 square foot residential structure per plans. (CODE 190-49)
