The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a pre meeting workshop on Monday, May 4th, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street, 2003 SW 15th Street, Unit 143, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 and 308 Pine Creek Avenue, Jersey Shore, PA 17740 those interested can follow instructions at www.soduspoint.info to observe the board discuss following applications the Special Meeting will follow:

1. Special Use Permit Review, Anthony Bogino,  8267 Lake Road, to operate a a Boat, truck repair and sales with marine services and boat storage on existing facility. Considered automobile repair and sales special use permit required. (CODE 190-8)
2. Fence Review, Lawrence Mireler, 8326 Lake Street, to install a 4 ft fence per plot drawing with 3 gates to enclose yard for dogs. (CODE 190-22(g), 121)
