The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a pre meeting on Monday, May 19th, at 6:30 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street, 2003 SW 15th Street, Unit 143, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 and 308 Pine Creek Avenue, Jersey Shore, PA 17740 those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to observe the board discuss following applications the Regular Meeting will follow:
- Change of Use Review, Carl Carey, 8527 Greig Street, to open a new Bar/ restaurant in vacant structure per business plan. (CODE 190-8)
- Final Site Plan Review, Matt Nowak, 7992 Lake Road to construct a 2134 square foot residential structure per plans. (CODE 190-49)
- Final Site Plan Review, Mike Hillis, 7490 Lummis Street, to construct a 16x28 Garage with a 12x24 room in existing garage and 6x18 deck attached to south side of property (CODE 190-49)
- LWRP Review, John Ratkovicz, 8638 Greig Street, to repair existing breakwall and place breakwall topper with lip. (CODE 121)
- LWRP Review, Charles Majores, 8642 Greig Street, to repair existing breakwall and place breakwall topper with lip. (CODE 121)
