The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a pre meeting workshop on Monday, April 20th, at 6:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street, 2003 SW 15th Street, Unit 143, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 and 308 Pine Creek Avenue, Jersey Shore, PA 17740 those interested can follow instructions at www.soduspoint.info to observe the board discuss following applications the Special Meeting will follow:
- Final Site Plan Brandon Martin, 7254 Route 14, to construct a 28x30 single story addition on existing restaurant to add seating per stamped plans. (CODE 190-11 and 190-49)
- Final Site Plan Review, Harriet Eilber, 8650 Greig Street, to construct a 60’x6’ permanent dock per dec permit. (CODE 86-23, 190-49)
- Final Site Plan Review, Scott Swanson, 8089 Margaretta Road, to construct 50’x64’ with a 14’ wide porch on east side per plans. (CODE 190-11 and 190-49)
- Final Site Plan, Dennis Allis, 7427 Wolcott Street, to subdivide 7'x59.45' from existing lot to merge with neighboring lot creating 7' of road frontage. (CODE 190-11, 190-50)
- Final Site Plan, Dennis Allis, 8542 Gardenier LN, to construct a 24'x24' pole barn. (CODE 190-49)

- Preliminary Site Plan SBJSA, 7430 Clover Street, to construct a 3310 Square foot Nonprofit club or recreation use which is not permitted in a residential district, 7.34’ from east property line where 12.5’ is required and 18.16’ from front property line where 25’ is required allowing 36% lot coverage where 30% is allowed. (CODE 190-8, 190-11 and 190-49)
