The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a pre meeting on Monday, February 2nd, at 6:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street, 2003 SW 15th Street, Unit 143, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 and 308 Pine Creek Avenue, Jersey Shore, PA 17740 those interested can follow instructions at www.soduspoint.info to observe the board discuss following applications the Special Meeting will follow:
- Final Site Plan Review, Michael Vaninski, 7587 First Street, to construct 7'x20.5' addition per stamped plans.(CODE 190-49)
- Final Site Plan Review, Bruce Carey, 8443 Bay Street, to change use of single family structure to Bar / nightclub (permitted use) per floor plan and site plan. (CODE 190-8, 190-49)

- Preliminary Subdivision Review, Matt Nowak, 7992 Lake Road, to subdivide .13 acres with 33.53' of road frontage from existing lot where 1 acre and 100' of road frontage is required to merge with existing lot. (CODE 190-11, 190-50).
