The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a pre meeting on Monday, November 17th, at 6:30 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street, 2003 SW 15th Street, Unit 143, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 and 308 Pine Creek Avenue, Jersey Shore, PA 17740 those interested can follow instructions at soduspoint.info to observe the board discuss following applications the Regular Meeting will follow:

1. LWRP Review, Joelle Frizzera, 8633 Greig Street, to finish construction on a breakwall topper. (WAF Review Required, CODE 121).

The public is invited to observe this applications.

2. Preliminary Site Plan Review, Stephen Floor,  8490 Wickham Blvd to construct a 2 story house on an existing footprint where a 1 story structure currently stands. The second story will be 2’ from west property line where 5’ is required, 8’ from road right of way where 25’ is required and 4.1’ from rear property line where 12.5’ is required. (CODE 190-11, 190-49)
3. Preliminary Site Plan Review, Amy Wildhack & John Wildhack, 8411 Sill Shore Rd, to construct a 8x70 permanent dock with a 8x16 platform at the end creating a 78’ long dock with 86’ of total linear footage of dock where 60’ is allowed without special permit. (CODE 86-11, 86-23)
