The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a pre meeting on Monday, January 5th, at 6:00 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street, 2003 SW 15th Street, Unit 143, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 and 308 Pine Creek Avenue, Jersey Shore, PA 17740 those interested can follow instructions at www.soduspoint.info to observe the board discuss following applications the Regular Meeting will follow:

1. Preliminary Subdivision Review, Thomas Knapp, 7112 Hillside Drive, to split one full sized lot into (2 lots), Lot 1, 80’ of road frontage with 10,172 square foot where 100’ of frontage is required and 12,500 square feet is required and Lot 2, with 85’ of road frontage and 8554 square feet where 100’ of road frontage and 12,500 square feet of area if required.  (CODE 190-11, 190-50).
2. Preliminary Site Plan Review, Nick Fox, Lot 58, 59 (7112 Hillside Drive), to construct 2600 square foot single family structure 34’ high where 30’ is allowed with 1600 foot of lot coverage on future 8554 square foot lot. (CODE 190-11, 190-49)
