The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 21 st , 2019 at 7:00 P.M. in the Village Hall at 8356 Bay St. Sodus Point, NY 14555 on the following applications:

1. Warnick -8619 Greig Street. Construct a 20x22 Deck (Final Site Plan Review)
2. Wildhack - 8411 Sill Rd. Construct an addition to garage per blue prints (Final Site Plan Review)
3. Straubing - 8512 Greig St. Construct breakwall (LWRP Review)
4. Ditmar - 8277 South Shore. Raise existing breakwall (LWRP Review)
5. Embrey - 8609 Greig St. Raise pier (LWRP Review)
6. Wadsworth - 7157 Overlook Dr. Fence 6ft High (190-22G. & 121)

The Planning Board will hear all persons who wish to be heard with regard to these matters at the Public Hearing herein noted. Any person wishing to be heard may appear in person or by legal representative.
