The Village of Sodus Point Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on April 28, 2015 at 7:00PM in Sodus Point Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street, Sodus Point, NY  14555 on the following application:

An area variance request by Jim Pacello of 8578 Greig Street, Sodus Point, NY  14555 to build a 14’ x 18’ open roof over existing ground level deck, 13’ from front property line when 25’ is required.  Adjacent property owners are: NORTH- Vande-Doyle, Harten; SOUTH- Sodus Bay; EAST- LudwigII; WEST-Hill.
