The Sodus Point Highway Department consists of three employees with the responsibilities of street maintenance, playground maintenance, parks, trash, trees, mowing, landscaping, paving, plowing, drainage, signage, leaf collection and brush.

The Public Works Department oversees all three of the other departments.
