LEGAL: Sodus Point Planning Board Meeting Notice 8-17-2026

The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a pre meeting workshop on Monday August 17th, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street those interested can follow instructions at www.soduspoint.info to observe the board discuss following applications the Meeting will follow:

1. Preliminary Site Plan Review,  Bruce Carey, 8039 Lake Rd, to construct a 17'x50' lean-to structure onto west of existing Pole Barn Structure.  (CODE 190-49).

The public is invited to speak on this application. 

1. Final Site Plan Review,  Maria Martinez, 8030 Lake Rd, to construct a 12'32' front porch lean-to off the front of the structure with 8' roof height and front deck. (CODE 190-49).
2. Final Site Plan Review,  Gerogette Smith, 7229 Route 14, to construct a 22'x20' rear addition per stamped plans. (CODE 190-11, 190-49).

The public is invited to observe these applications.
