LEGAL: Sodus Point Planning Board Meeting Notice 8-3-2026
The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a pre meeting workshop on Monday August 3rd, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street those interested can follow instructions at www.soduspoint.info to observe the board discuss following applications the Meeting will follow:
- Preliminary Site Plan Review, Maria Martinez, 8030 Lake Rd, to construct a 12'32' front porch lean-to off the front of the structure with 8' roof height and front deck. (CODE 190-49).
- Preliminary Site Plan Review, Mark Toor, 8151 Morley Rd, to construct a 32'x50' Pole Barn Structure per drawing. (CODE 190-11, 190-49).
- Preliminary Site Plan Review, Krenzer Marine, 8495 Greig Street, to construct a 98'x49' addition onto south of mechanic garage per stamped plans. (CODE 190-11, 190-49).
- Preliminary Site Plan Review, Gerogette Smith, 7229 Route 14, to construct a 22'x20' rear addition per stamped plans. (CODE 190-11, 190-49).
- Preliminary Site Plan Review, Alexander Bean, 8629 Greig Street, to renovate and raise existing cottage. Reconfigure waterfront 1st story and 2nd story decks reconstructing 0' from breakwall where 25' is required and 1.5' from east property line where 5' is required. (CODE 190-11 (CODE 190-15), 190-49).
