LEGAL: Sodus Point Planning Board Meeting Notice 7-20-2026

The Sodus Point Planning Board will hold a pre meeting workshop on Tuesday, July 20th, at 6:30 P.M. via zoom video conferencing from the Village Hall at 8356 Bay Street those interested can follow instructions at www.soduspoint.info to observe the board discuss following applications the Meeting will follow:

1. Site Plan Review,  Maria Martinez, 8030 Lake Rd, to construct a 12'32' front porch lean-to off the front of the structure with 8' roof height and front deck. (CODE 190-49).
2. Special Permit, Dana Profetta, 8533 Greig Street, to construct a 30x22, 1 story boat house 5' from west property line and 6' from east property line, special permit required (CODE 86-12, 86-27).

The public is invited to speak on this application.
