Planning Board Meeting 02-05-2018

(1.) Site Plan Review for John Ratkovicz at 8629 Greig Street for a breakwall re-facement within Sodus Bay with concrete within 12 inches of the original wall and approximately 35-foot concrete breakwall. Required Waterfront Consistency Review.

(2.) Site Plan Review for Cory Smith at 8627 Greig Street  to reface existing concrete breakwalls (25 ft and 35 ft sections) with 1 foot concrete beyond existing concrete footer and addition of toe stone to the base. Required Waterfront Consistency Review.
