An area variance for Mark Herb, 8251 South Shore Road to construct a single-family home 18’10” from rear property line where 25’ is required and 19’ 3” from front property line where 25’ is required. (CODE 190-11)
An area variance for John Ratkovicz, 8629 Greig Street for an as-built extension of a deck northward 32 inches from existing deck ,16 feet wide, 3’ from North edge of break-wall where 25’ is required. (CODE 190-11)
A height variance for a fence for James Deagman,7490 Lummis Street to install a 30’ long x 6’ high fence to replace an existing shed at the property line, where 4’ is allowed. (CODE 121-4,190-22G)
