LEGAL: Sodus Point Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing Notice 10-09-2018
The Sodus Point Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday October 9, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. in the Village Hall at 8356 Bay St. Sodus Point, NY 14555 on the following applications:
1.A fence variance for Ron Mariano, 7945 Lake Road (White Birch Campground), Sodus Point to install a 33’ double rail, split rail fence and replace a 24’ x 6’ high stockade fence. (CODE 190-22(g) and 121) 2. A subdivision review for Milton and Shirley Jefferson, 8040 Lake Road, Sodus Point to subdivide 34.113 acres of wetland for a potential buyer. (CODE 190-50). 3. A variance for Mike Thurley, 7575 Lakestones Drive, Sodus Point to construct a 2-story house with attached garage 0’ from front property line where 25’ is required. (CODE 190-11). 4. A special use permit for Janice McCready, 7589 North Ontario Street, Sodus Point to convert a single-family home into a bed and breakfast. (CODE 190-8). 5. A variance for Stephen Flor, 8490 Wickham Blvd., Sodus Point to build a front porch 0’ from front property line where 25’ is required and 2’ from west property line where 5’ is required. Mr. Flor is also applying for a variance to build a deck 2’ from west property line where 5’ is required. (CODE 190-11).
