The Sodus Point Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday July 24, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. in the Village Hall at 8356 Bay St. Sodus Point, NY 14555 on the following applications:
A fence variance for John Reynolds, 8633 Greig Street, Sodus Point to construct a 6’ fence where 4’ is allowed, 3’ from the north edge of break wall where 10’ is required. (CODE 121,190-22G) A variance for Al Hendrikse, 8545 Greig Street, Sodus Point for a rear garage addition 24’ from rear property line where 25’ is required. (CODE 190-11).
